By creating an account and using EasyTaxi, you agree to the terms on this page. EasyTaxi is a booking platform: you use it to request rides and to send packages, and we connect your request to a nearby driver who is available. Please use the service responsibly and lawfully at all times.
You agree not to use EasyTaxi to move anything that is illegal, dangerous, or prohibited, and not to ask a driver to do anything that would break the law or put anyone at risk. You must be old enough to enter an agreement in your country to hold an account.
For rides, you enter where you want to be picked up and where you want to go. For packages, you enter the same details and describe what is being sent. Drivers may decline a request, and a package may be refused if the contents are unsafe or not allowed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your pickup and drop-off details. If an address is wrong or incomplete, the trip may take longer, cost more, or need to be cancelled, and we cannot be responsible for the outcome.
The fare for a trip is shown to you before you confirm it, so you always know the price in advance. Fares are payable in cash directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
If the route changes during the trip, if you add a stop, or if you ask to go somewhere different from the destination you entered, the final amount may differ from the fare you were originally shown. Please settle the fare with the driver before leaving the vehicle.
EasyTaxi connects you with independent drivers. Drivers are not our employees, and they operate their own vehicles and run their own business. We are not liable for their conduct beyond the safety tools we provide inside the app.
The safety tools in the app are there to help you: you can see your driver's details, follow your trip live, and contact Support if something goes wrong. We encourage you to use them, and to report any driver whose behaviour concerns you so we can review the account.
Your account is for your own use. Keep your phone number and login details secure, and let us know if you think someone else is using your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or endanger drivers or other riders. This includes repeated false bookings, abusive behaviour, damage to a vehicle, or any attempt to manipulate fares or promotions.
EasyTaxi depends on driver availability, mobile networks, and location services, so we cannot promise that a driver will always be available or that the app will always be uninterrupted.
We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make an important change, we will let you know in the app, and continuing to use EasyTaxi after that means you accept the updated terms.
